Yes we do require security deposits upfront when booking your sessions. The amount varies, depending on the sessions you select.

Your setup time starts at the time of your contracted rental time.

ALL forms are smoking are prohibited. That includes cigarettes, E- cigarettes and vaping products.

We do not provide dishes, utensils, cups, serving trays etc. You are more than welcome to bring what you need. We do provide toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap.

While we know your furry friends are a special part of your family, we do ask that no pets are brought inside.

Perch Studio is to be used for bridal day and photography services only. No overnight stays are allowed.
